Job Description:
The Order Fulfillment Supervisor directly supervises and coordinates all activities in the department to maximize productivity. This includes planning, assigning and directing work, coordinating meetings when necessary, addressing product and employee complaints, and resolving problems. The Order Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for shipping, receiving and will ensure that the inventory is maintained accurately through monitoring of daily department activities, cycle counts and audits.
Job Duties:
Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Supervises all phases of Order Fulfillment operations.
- Maintains inventory and product loss control, coordinates timely and accurate shipping and receiving, and ensures safety/operational guidelines are met.
- Works with the Procurement Department and other supervisory staff to direct, review and monitor sales orders and returns are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensures proper procedures are in place and being followed for efficient warehouse and shipping activities, employee safety, state and federal guidelines.
- Establishes and monitors employee’s work schedules to meet needs of business.
- Analyzes and resolves work problems.
- Maintains receiving and shipping records as required. Prepares reports for management review and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Trains and instructs employees in regard to work performed in the fulfillment department. Oversees instruction, implementation and enforcement of policies as they relate to employees.
- Leads by example with the Golden Supply Code of Conduct. This includes following company policies, standards and specifications.
- Engages in the typical responsibilities of a supervisor requiring planning, evaluating, organizing, integrating, and delegating.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years supervisory experience.
- Experience leading and following Safety/Security Policies and Procedures.
- Ability to count, weigh and identify incoming and outgoing product accurately.
- Ability to follow all Quality Policies and Procedures, and report and follow through on any deficiencies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer based applications.
- Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs; ability to lead others through change.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Skill in organization, prioritization, and attention to detail are a must.
- Strong team player and leader with the ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines.
- Ability to select, coach, develop, engage, and retain employees.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical ability, leadership strength and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of NetSuite operation system is preferred.

Salary: $45,00.00 - $52,000.00 DOE
Hours: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm with 30-minute lunch. Monday to Friday.
