What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compliance Administrative Assistant position at Golden SVCS, LLC?
Administrative Assistant responsible for executing the daily management and reporting of compliance activities, contract administration.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary interface with incumbents and responsible for compliance resolving with any contract transition activities.
- Assist with daily activities during any contract transitions. Answering emails, phone calls and collecting documents daily.
- Responsible for maintaining databases for several locations
- Ensure contractor employees are issued & maintain the necessary certifications to carry out their assigned duties & responsibilities.
- Ensure employees maintain continuous compliance with all certifications required to perform contract duties & responsibilities.
- Provide documentation, referred as artifacts, substantiating certification issuance is warranted.
- Document requirements are provided within the certification's issuance guidelines.
- Ensure that certification submissions meet all applicable DHS/FPS policies & guidelines.
- Ensure personnel & employment data for personnel assigned to this contract remain current in the database and that modifications to data are reported in a timely manner.
- Maintain accountability for records once they have been assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must be US Citizen.
- Must be flexible and able to successfully manage simultaneous tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills required.
- Must possess good judgment and independent decision-making abilities.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends, if required.
- Must be self-motivated, proactive, and assertive to anticipate potential problems; must have excellent follow through skills.
- Expert in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Must not have any felony conviction; record of recent recurring misdemeanors may adversely impact candidate’s suitability rating.
- Must be able to pass drug screen.
- Obtain and maintain valid driver’s license.
Experience
Preferred- Experience with strong customer service
- Knowledgeable on Microsoft Office 365 and Software (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office 365 Share Point).
- 3 year(s): Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative activities not limited to customer service.
Education
Preferred- Associates or better in Business Administration or related field
