Position Title: Front Desk / Administrative Assistant
Status: 25 – 32 Hours Tuesday-Saturday
Hours of Operation are 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Tuesdays – Fridays and Saturdays: 8 am – 4 pm
Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt
Compensation: $22 - $25

Summary: This person must be a team player and organized individual, providing first-line member/guest/client care. This role is responsible for a variety of tasks related to daily clubhouse operations, customer service, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk
- Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Greet everyone who enters Club and thank each person that leaves the Club.
- Take and manage reservations
- Update member events.
Administrative Support
- Website and member communications.
- Maintain Club member information is accurate and current.
- Input and maintain catering and membership contacts within Salesforce CRM system to ensure records are up-to-date with efficient communication and targeted marketing efforts.
- Conduct tours showcasing the Club in the absence of the Membership Director and Catering Director.
- Data entry as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in administrative support and customer service roles is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar CRM software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
