Job Description:
The registered nurse will be responsible for patient care utilizing the established standard of nursing care. Accountable for, but not limited to, performance improvement activities, infection control and safety measures.
Cardiology Testing: Assume the role of primary nurse for cardiology-related procedures such as but not limited to cardioversion, transesophageal echocardiograms, cardiac event monitor insertion and placement, treadmill stress testing and nuclear stress testing. In the absence of procedures, this nurse will be assisting the cardiology clinic with all applicable clinical duties such as but not limited to intake of clinic patients, providing detailed report to providers, triaging phone calls and assisting in prescription medication management.

Education/Credentials:
Associates degree in nursing (minimum)
ACLS within six months of hire
1-3 years of hospital experience
