Affiliated with St. Mary's Medical Center, St. Mary's Physician Care is actively seeking new members to join its award-winning team at Kansas City Cardiology.ResponsibilitiesThe Nurse Practitioner focuses on providing general care to patients of all ages, with utmost patience, care, compassion and understanding.Perform tasks within their scope of practice which may include conducting tests, recording medical histories, providing treatments, assisting physicians and enhancing public awareness on the importance of health, and prescribing medications.Job Highlights :
- Qualifying candidates must have 2-3 years' experience in cardiology setting working as an NP
- Diagnose and treat patients with cardiac symptoms
- See patients in clinic
- Round on patients admitted to hospital
- Collaborate with cardiology physicians in practice
- Participate in call rotation
- Weekday call one night per week
- Weekend call one weekend per month
- Proficient in Epic EMRCompensation and Benefits :
