We are a fast-growing construction company in the Bay Area looking to hire a new Office/Pre-Construction Assistant. Position Description:
The Office/Pre-Construction Assistant's tasks include but are not limited to assisting the office & the pre-construction process, client communication, customer service, working side by side with our project managers, experienced in processing professional lead dispatch, and ensuring office tasks & pre-construction stays on schedule.
Position requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in residential pre-construction management
- 2-3 years of experience working directly with clients and performing a high level of customer service and customer leadership
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel between multiple job sites, supervise, and assist in managing work in the field
- Speaking fluent English
- Using your car to drive between jobs
- Computer skills
- Great communication skills
