Sales Support Representative (SSR)

Job Summary

Sales Support Representatives at Golden Waffles are the face of our brand, delivering our delicious waffle products directly to our valued customers. Sales Support Representatives are responsible for providing supplemental route coverage by supporting strong relationships with customers, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing exceptional customer service to uphold our reputation for quality and reliability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Travel into an existing route to provide route sales support coverages for route vacancies.
• Drive a company truck to deliver products and service equipment.
• Treat customers with respect and courtesy to develop a longstanding relationship.
• Accurately process customer transactions including payments, invoices and inventory.
• Provide waffle iron maintenance at customer facilities in accordance with company policy.
• Adhere to company established routing schedules.
• Work with customers to resolve any complaints, escalating complex issues to management.
• Maintain proper inventory levels.
• Maintain an organized truck and leave the warehouse in a neat and organized manner.
• Comply with the Fleet Safety Program, traffic laws and all Department of Transportation and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations without exception.
• Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and maintenance.
