What You’ll Be Doing

As our Commercial Repair Technician/Project Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things commercial roofing repairs. Your days will be a mix of hands-on repairs and project oversight, ensuring every job is done right the first time. Here’s what you’ll tackle:

• Diagnose & Fix: Assess commercial roofing issues, provide expert solutions, and perform high-quality repairs on TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and metal roofing systems.

• Lead the Way: Oversee repair projects from start to finish, keeping everything on schedule and within budget while ensuring top-tier workmanship.

• Customer Champion: Work directly with clients, earning their trust by providing clear communication, honest recommendations, and exceptional service.

• Quality Control: Ensure every project meets GoldenRite’s high standards and all industry regulations—no cutting corners here.

• Team Collaboration: Work alongside a skilled crew and vendors to deliver seamless repair solutions that stand the test of time.

• Safety First: Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and the team, following all safety procedures and protocols.

What We’re Looking For

We want go-getters who know roofing inside and out. To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Proven Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on commercial roofing repair and project management experience.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess issues quickly and provide effective, lasting solutions.

• Strong Work Ethic: You take pride in what you do and never settle for “good enough.”

• Leadership Ability: Confidence to lead a team, stay organized, and keep projects running smoothly.

• Excellent Communication: Whether it’s clients, crew members, or suppliers—you know how to keep everyone informed and on the same page.

• Valid Driver’s License: You’ll need reliable transportation to get to various job sites.
