What You’ll Do:
- Provide accurate estimates for roofing and construction projects by conducting site inspections and analyzing project needs
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and offer solutions within budget
- Prepare detailed proposals, bids, and cost breakdowns
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, pricing, and materials to provide competitive estimates
- Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in estimating for roofing or construction projects (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites
