What are the responsibilities and job description for the VTC Technical Support Specialist position at GoldenTech?
Assist with DHA VNC (Defense Health Agency Video Network Center) operations and sustainment. Communications will come thru Service now ticket system, teams and thru phone calls.
Maintain working status of DHA managed video and communication infrastructure with different vendors which include:

- Pexip Infinity Platform
- Amazon AWS
- Dell ESXI
- VMware/vSphere

- RightFax
- HP/Poly
The Video Network Center manages and assist with Video Endpoint communication from our VCS (video communication Server) to the MTF/sites Video endpoint, support ranges from general questions to video site testing and troubleshooting. This is for Sites CONUS/OCONUS and requests from sites to join the current enclave. Support for DHA VHI/VH/TH/TBH projects through multiple programs as well.
Video/audio equipment Knowledge helpful but not required
General Network experience and knowledge a must
IAT level 2 certification required
Environmental Certification Required
CLTECH or CCNA
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
