Position Description :

GoldenWolf, LLC is looking for a dedicated Architecture, Civil, or Mechanical Engineer BIM / CAD Specialist - Plumbing to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining REVIT models for both new and ongoing projects. You'll play a key role in developing and upholding our BIM / CAD standards, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all models. Collaboration is essential, as you'll work closely with project teams to ensure all models meet project requirements and attend coordination meetings to resolve any conflicts. You'll also provide vital BIM production support, producing precise penetration and as-built CAD documentation based on guidance from the production team, developed from LiDAR 3D images. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in : Architecture, Civil, Mechanical engineering, or a related field . Applicant will have the ability to work independently and remotely and be open to traveling monthly, as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop detailed and accurate plumbing models using REVIT. Incorporating LiDAR point cloud data for existing conditions.
• Ensure plumbing models with project specifications, industry standards, and BIM best practices.
• Travel will be required for LiDAR data capture and validation.
• Perform quality control (QC) checks to validate model accuracy and consistency.
• Utilize LiDAR-generated data to create precise and reliable plumbing models, ensuring real world conditions are accurately reflected.
• Assist in processing and integrating LiDAR scans into REVIT to improve the accuracy of plumbing layouts.
• Generate shop drawings, isometric views, and schedules based on the BIM model.
• Develop and maintain REVIT families and templates for plumbing fixtures, equipment, and piping systems.

Project Collaboration : Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to meet design specifications and deadlines.

Salary Range :

Starting at $85,000.00 - $125,000.00, but will be based on education, experience, and skills.
