Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, guardians, and fellow team members
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in aquatic education
Requirements:
- Ability to swim and obtain lifeguard certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Education, Physical Education, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
