Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our swim schools in Yorktown Heights, New Rochelle, or Yonkers, ensuring seamless execution of our standard operating procedures.
- Lead a large team of staff members, including swim instructors, lifeguards, and customer service representatives, fostering high productivity, excellent performance, and positive employee satisfaction.
- Maintain facility cleanliness, implement marketing strategies, drive membership sales, and promote our core values of Integrity, Compassion, Trust, Accountability, and Fun.
Qualifications
- College Degree required, with a focus on business administration, communications, or a related field desired.
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is ideal and will be required for the position.
