Responsive recruiter Job Title : Marketing Coordinator Reports to : Marketing Manager Summary : The Marketing Coordinator oversees the quality and success of Goldfish Swim School through our social media platforms, and relationships with local groups, schools, businesses, and events. Providing Goldfish Swim School with a positive representative within the community. Duties and Responsibilitie s : 1. Oversees the quality and success of our social media platforms and gives us a positive representative in the community.2. Building relationships with local groups, schools, businesses, and event operators to help foster a beneficial relationship. 3. Uses creativity to help promote Goldfish Swim School on our social media platforms, currently Instagram & Facebook, by creating content, responding to comments & messages, and interacting with like-minded businesses and community partners. Keeping up to date with social media changes & trends. 4. Trains and oversees a team for water safety presentations and events, coordinating staffing with GM / AGM5. Oversees outreach, correspondence, and execution of water safety presentations.6. Manages Marketing Tracking Spreadsheet.7. Manages marketing calendar & website event calendar.8. Responsible for event lead follow-up through podium and Wave.9. Creates in school signage10. Attends community events & brings Bubbles mascot into the community for photo opportunities and community relations. 11. Proficient with iClass Pro & Salesforce (Wave).12. Cross-trained with swim instructor and front desk positions. 13. Maintain relationships with Parent Ambassadors. Track their activity. Assist with holding them accountable to their contracts. Education / Experience : A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills required. Excellent interpersonal communication & organizational skills. Knowledgeable with Facebook & Instagram. Certificates and Licenses : CPR, First Aid, and AED required. Lifeguard certifications are highly recommended. Work Environment : While performing this job, the employee is exposed to heat and humidity occasionally. The noise level is usually moderate. Tropical Vibes & Impacting Lives
