About the Job The Cure Production Specialist plays a critical role in preparing production work orders and ensuring that all materials are ready for the production process. Working under the guidance of the Cure Lead, this role involves both administrative tasks-such as building and managing work orders-and hands-on responsibilities like grinding materials for the production team, particularly for preroll SKUs. The ideal candidate is meticulous, physically capable, and has a strong understanding of production processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Work Order Management:
- Collaborate with the Cure Lead to create, review, and manage work orders.
- Ensure work orders are complete, accurate, and updated in a timely manner.
- Production Preparation:
- Assist in preparing the production area by organizing materials as per work order requirements.
- Grind raw materials to specifications, ensuring consistency and quality for preroll SKU production.
- Monitor material inventory levels and report any shortages or quality issues.
- Physical Operations Support:
- Support various physical aspects of the curing process, including handling and moving materials safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment that meets safety and quality standards.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the production and cure teams to streamline the production process.
- Communicate effectively with team members to address any issues or improvements related to work orders or material preparation.
- Experience working in the Cannabis
- Visual knowledge of common issues with cannabis such as bud rot, molds, improperly trimmed etc.
- High diligence and proven results
- The ability to stand 6-8 hours
- Ability to move and lift up to fifty pounds.
- Experience with operating and maintaining grinder/scales
- Prior experience working in a licensed facility a plus.
- Preferred knowledge of basic METRC (for example tag creation)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
- Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.
