The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 80lbs. They must also be able to work well under pressure and demonstrate a good attitude and desire to excel in their role.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the lead operator on the fold and glue machine
- Monitoring production processes to maintain quality standards
- Performing routine maintenance on the machine
- Inspecting finished products and packaging according to job tickets
