🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with the sales team to process and manage customer orders
- Analyze and resolve customer concerns with urgency and empathy
- Investigate customer issues, providing timely and accurate follow-ups
- Offer solutions and product recommendations in a professional, helpful manner
- Coordinate closely with our art department to manage print file edits and updates
- Monitor open orders through our order management system to ensure timely completion

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and polished phone etiquette

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or member support preferred
