The Role
As a Senior Architect, you’ll be at the forefront of the design process—from concept through construction. You’ll lead client relationships, manage complex project teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, creative, and buildable design solutions. This is a leadership role for someone who combines technical excellence, a strong design sensibility, and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of projects from initial concept through construction administration
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and delivering creative architectural solutions
- Manage project teams, schedules, budgets, and resources across multiple projects
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of learning and design excellence
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure cohesive project delivery
- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, zoning, and building standards
- Participate in site visits, construction meetings, RFIs, and problem-solving during construction
Qualifications
· 15 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
· Licensed Architect (preferred)
· Strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership on built work
· Experience in commercial office, retail, multi-family, mixed-use, and industrial projects
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency and clarity
· Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualization tools
· Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
· Proven experience leading project teams and mentoring staff
Starting salary $100,000 based on experience.

Work Environment
1. Must be adaptable and able to work within a constantly changing work environment.

5. Travel to various sites and/or locations required.
