Responsibilities
- Supervise, schedule, and review performance of grounds team members
- Maintain clean and organized grounds, parking lots, and community areas
- Monitor and manage supplies and expenses within budget
- Communicate with residents and office staff to address service requests promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and property regulations
- Participate in resident events and assist with general property upkeep
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or property maintenance
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work weekends or be on-call as needed
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
