Grounds Manager

Pay Range: $26.44$31.25 per hour (Equivalent to $55,000$65,000 annually)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Benefits Eligible
GoldOller is hiring a Grounds Manager to lead and support our grounds team in maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property, including landscaping, common areas, and amenities. This role is a great fit for someone with hands-on maintenance experience and team leadership skills.
Responsibilities:

Supervise, schedule, and review performance of grounds team members

Maintain clean and organized grounds, parking lots, and community areas

Monitor and manage supplies and expenses within budget

Communicate with residents and office staff to address service requests promptly

Ensure compliance with safety standards and property regulations

Participate in resident events and assist with general property upkeep
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

Minimum 2 years of experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or property maintenance

Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physical tasks

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Willingness to work weekends or be on-call as needed
