**Join Our Team as an Automotive Title Clerk / Cashier / Receptionist**

Our Dealership is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to fill the role of Automotive Title Clerk / Cashier / Receptionist. **Responsibilities:**

- Process vehicle titles and registrations efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

- Manage all aspects of cashiering, including handling customer payments, issuing receipts, and reconciling transactions.

- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, both in person and over the phone.

- Direct incoming calls to the appropriate department and provide general information to callers.

- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.

- Collaborate closely with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

- Maintain a neat and organized workspace, contributing to an inviting and professional dealership atmosphere.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or relevant training is a plus.

- Prior experience as a title clerk, cashier, receptionist, or in an administrative role within the automotive industry is preferred.

- Familiarity with automotive title processing and registration procedures.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and record management.

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to go the extra mile for customers and colleagues.

- Availability to work on Saturdays as a requirement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

  • Automotive Title Clerk: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
