What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator/Customer Service Representative position at Golf Club Brokers?
We are a small golf resell company. We sell mostly online, but also have a retail shop in Marble Hill, Ga.
This position is the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing administrative support by scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and performing general office tasks, ensuring seamless customer service and efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Answer phone calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
- Process customer orders, including verifying details and updating order status.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate team members as needed.
- Provide product information and assist with product selection.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage PTO schedule.
- Maintain customer databases and update customer information accurately.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, including emails and letters.
- Coordinate office supplies and manage inventory.
- Assist with meeting preparation.
- Data Management:
- Input customer data into CRM systems and maintain accurate records.
- Generate reports on customer interactions and sales data as required.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service.
- Office Operations:
- Manage incoming mail and distribute accordingly.
- Perform basic administrative tasks.
Required Skills:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to listen actively, clearly explain information, and communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.
- Customer Service Orientation: Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data entry and recordkeeping.
Knowledge of golf is helpful, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
