Duties/Responsibilities:
- Outbound calls, follow-ups on service, and scheduling new service.
- Interacting with customers via telephone, email, or online chat to provide support and schedule services.
- Collecting and entering orders for new or additional services.
- Fielding customer questions and forwarding them to the appropriate department when needed.
- Ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' questions.
- Maintaining accurate customer accounts and records of customer interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering personalized assistance and demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening.
- Service-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency with computer skills, and ability to learn new software. Preference is given to those with at least a year of experience working in Service Titan or in a similar software used in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical home services.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM software is desirable.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a genuine desire to help others.
