You will be responsible for developing and executing primarily email marketing campaigns, creating personalized customer journeys, and optimizing our CRM systems to maximize customer retention and revenue growth.

Position Summary:
As an Engagement & Email Marketing Manager at GOLFTEC Enterprises for GOLFTEC, you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and loyalty through effective email marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing primarily email marketing campaigns, creating personalized customer journeys, and optimizing our CRM systems to maximize customer retention and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies that engage and nurture leads, prospects, and existing customers through email, SMS, push notifications, and other emerging communication platforms
- Build full-funnel strategies that optimize onboarding, activation, and retention of customers throughout their lifecycle to achieve user and revenue growth goals
- Anchor all strategies and recommendations based on in-depth customer journey mapping and utilize this to influence product development and operational decisions
- Responsibilities encompass strategies for marketing, transactional, and triggered campaigns across various communication channels that drive growth, retention, and reactivation of customers
- Have a strong understanding and partner closely with engineering, product, data, and agencies to implement technical marking tech infrastructure for the lifecycle to achieve both short-term and long-term business goals
- Collaborate on content strategy, working cross-functionally with our design team to move projects forward
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in email marketing and CRM management, preferably in e-commerce and membership models
- Strong knowledge of CRM, market research, and segmentation, including best practices, technology, and emerging trends
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, collaboration, and team-building skills
- Proven experience in developing and delivering CRM strategies from its conceptualization to successful completion
- Build positive internal and external relationships
- Experience with Braze or Hubspot is a plus
- A love of golf is a must!
