Overview
We are looking for an individual with sports marketing experience who understands sponsorship and can help us expand our portfolio of clients in golf and other sports. This role requires a highly organized, driven and energetic individual who thrives in a constantly changing work environment. Must be creative and able to help ideate unique solutions designed around our activation expertise. Sales, prospecting and identifying new clients are critical skills needed to successfully accomplish this opportunity. Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective clients. Must be very organized and able to follow defined systems and processes. This position requires someone who can work flexible hours, travel, have creativity and a desire for perfection. You must be detail oriented, self-managed, and adjust to the changing needs of our clients. Most of our work takes place on professional golf tours but we also execute experiences at trade shows, golf outings, conferences, sporting events, and more.
Compensation:
- Estimated Annual Compensation Range: $57,000-$100,000
- 90 Day Probationary Period
- Performance review at 6-month mark (with possibility of advancement)
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales
- Prospecting and Generating New Leads
- Proposal and Presentation creation and delivery
- Coordinate with Production Manager and Warehouse Manager
- Support all Operations and help team with execution and production work when needed
- Marketing, Social Marketing, and help creating awareness of our brand
- Proven experience in sales, sponsorship, business development in Sports/Events industry
- Experience and comfort with Microsoft Suite of products (Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Expertise with PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills
- Ownership & pride in position/role/work
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Sports Marketing and Event Experience
- Experience with Sketch Up is helpful
- Compensation for use of cell phone (Up to $100 monthly)
