Position Summary:
GOLFTEC is searching for someone who is passionate about golf and helping others to join our team. The Player’s Assistant will be the first point of contact with students both in-person and on the phone. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be focused on providing a great customer experience, and will work closely with all members of the GOLFTEC team. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers as soon as they arrive at the Center
- Manage the schedule book for the GOLFTEC Center by helping students to the proper location for their appointments
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls, assisting with booking golf lessons, club fittings, and practice sessions
- Provide basic and accurate information of GOLFTEC’s services both in-person and via phone/email
- Work closely with other GOLFTEC Coaches to help with booking and completing transactions
- Ensure the professional presentation of the GOLFTETC Center
- Must be able to lift ~40 lbs
Qualifications
- A proven track record of providing excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in email communication
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Professional attitude and a passion for golf
