Housing and Wellness Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Housing and Wellness Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a healthy and nurturing environment for our student athletes, while also ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to promote student well-being and success
- Maintain open communication with students, parents, and staff
- Coordinate with the house parent team to ensure effective management of household tasks and activities
- Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of students
- Evaluate and address any issues or concerns related to student behavior or well-being
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Leadership experience in hospitality or a related field
- House parent experience (preferred)
- University degree
- Sports background
- Clean driver's license and first aid certification
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to model positive behavior and leadership
