Gomez, Fragoso, and Associates P.C. has been in the accounting profession since 1993. We have two locations, Brownsville and Port Isabel. We are looking for a Administrative Assistant at our Brownsville office.
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees and assisting in daily office needs.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email, letters, faxes and forms
- Maintain a filing system
- Maintain office organized and clean
- Run daily errands
- Provide general support to visitors
Skills
- Excellent organizing abilities with the ability to multi-task
- Proficient at MS Office (mainly Excel and Word)
- Must be a team player
- Must be highly organized
- This job requires you to be on your feet, moving from task to task.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must be Bilingual
- Background check is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
