Salary is based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research using Westlaw to support case strategies.
- Draft legal documents, including contracts and pleadings, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
- Manage client communications, providing updates and guidance on legal matters.
- Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and negotiate settlements.
- Assist in estate planning and family law cases, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
