- Prepare legal documents, such as briefs, motions, and pleadings, as well as correspondence.
- Manage administrative tasks related to client invoicing/billing records and setting up meetings.
- Advise clients on available options and plan a course of action to achieve a successful outcome.
- Determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients' needs after analysis.
- Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff.
Requirements
- Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Experience working in a law firm for a minimum of 1-2 years required.
- Active membership in the local bar association.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
