JOB SUMMARY

• Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and the sales department.
• Assists with order placement, account questions, issue resolution, and any other duty to ensure customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Field written and verbal inquiries from customers to place new orders, follow-up on existing orders, or for problem resolution.
• Enter sales leads, quotes, and confirmed sales in computer system for tracking and processing.
• Process customer inquiries and paperwork such as credit applications, freight quotes, custom color matches, returns, and duplicate invoice copies.
• Follow-up on confirmed sales to guarantee on-time shipment and delivery.
• Interface with sales force to support sales objectives and business growth.
• Handle dealer account information including commissions.
• Maintain customer database by updating customer contact information.
• Provide customers with requested paperwork such as supplier forms and minority certificates.
• Other tasks/duties as required.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• One year of previous work experience in customer service industry is required.
• Experience in sales and manufacturing industries is recommended.

SKILLS

• Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Highly organized and attentive to detail.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• A high school diploma, GED, or its equivalent is required.
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must have basic knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.

• 40 hours a week
• 6 months to direct
• 5 sick/pto after 90 days
• Holiday Pay
• Medical Dental start the 1st of the month after you are hired

Job Type: Full-time
