Responsibilities include : -Financial Controls - assuring Programs are performed within specific Program award budgets-Schedule Controls - assuring on time contract performance with the appropriate resources allocated to meet changing contract requirements.-Contractual Submittals - assuring timely production of documents, reports and program updates per specific contract reporting requirements.-Customer Relations - developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers.-A thorough understanding of engineering concepts and techniques.-A clear understanding of business, accounting procedures, Quality Assurance practices, contracts, sales techniques and manufacturing procedures.-A minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex Programs, with demonstrated financial skills and excellent communications techniques.-BSME (or equivalent engineering degree) preferred.-Advanced degree (MBA or MS) and Aerospace experience preferable but not required.
