L.J Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Design Compliance Manager. You will manage the architectural and engineering design processes to conform to professional industry standards.
- Reviews / creates in-house technical designs for non-Design-Build projects
- Responsible for developing third party / consultant contract task order scope of works with associated estimates
- Responsible for managing third party / consultant contract task order scope of work to develop required technical documents for Design-Build / Non-Design Build projects
- Responsible for monitoring and / or auditing third-party technical design and engineering activities for compliance with the contract's requirements
- Provides continuous design oversight throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Manages and allocates design review team members to project schedules / milestones
- Acts as technical authority & governance
