Job Requirements

3 years of experience in higher education maintaining and configuring a learning management system (especially Brightspace).
3 years of experience in higher education, managing technical settings of Brightspace to ensure it is customized to meet the needs of end users across an institution.
3 years of experience in higher education, serving as the point of escalation for LMS troubleshooting.
3 years of experience in higher education, having participated in an LMS transition to Brightspace.
3 years of experience in higher education, providing functional and technical expertise with Brightspace.
