Good-2-Go Oregon is Oregon's premiere community-based support program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Currently, Good-2-Go is hiring an Employment Support Specialist to support clients in maintaining their employment. Job Coaching typically involves providing a client with on-site job skills training, clarifying their position and employer expectations, supporting clear communication with the employer and coworkers, and supporting the client in meeting their employment goals.
Qualified applicants must:
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Show solid organization and multitasking capabilities
- Be proficient with the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, ect.)
- Demonstrate the ability for creative problem-solving
Job Requirements:
- Be able to pass a criminal background check,
- Be able to obtain a First-Aid/CPR certification within 90 days of employment,
- Have reliable and insured personal vehicles to use during services (with travel/mileage reimbursement), and
- Have a reliable smartphone that can be used in the field.
- Reliable access to the internet at home
General Schedule
- Good-2-Go is looking for a Full-Time staff member.
- We expect a typical workweek to be 35 hours per week
- Typical work hours are flexible between the hours of 8:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday-Friday,

Compensation:
- Starting rate between $22 and $23/ hr (DOE)
