Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR operations for a mid-sized company (50 employees)
- Manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle payroll coordination and benefits administration
- Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
- Serve as the liaison between our company and other organizations within the psychiatric and healthcare industry to foster professional relationships, collaboration, and best practice sharing.
- Support training and professional development initiatives
- Maintain HR records and reporting
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or a similar field
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
