Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a dynamic role in a growing healthcare practice? Our busy psychiatric office is seeking a remote HR / Company Liaison Manager to oversee HR operations, compliance, and employee relations.

Location : Fully Remote
Experience : Minimum 3 years in an HR role
Salary : Competitive, based on experience
Responsibilities :
Oversee HR operations for a mid-sized company (50 employees)
Manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Handle payroll coordination and benefits administration
Manage employee relations , performance reviews, and conflict resolution
Serve as the liaison between our company and other organizations within the psychiatric and healthcare industry to foster professional relationships, collaboration, and best practice sharing.
Support training and professional development initiatives
Maintain HR records and reporting
What Were Looking For :
3 years of HR experience , preferably in healthcare or a similar field
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience with HR software and payroll systems is a plus
