We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team, responsible for cutting and joining metals and other materials at our facilities or construction sites. As a Welder, you will operate appropriate equipment to construct mechanical structures or parts with high precision. Your work is crucial in providing the foundation for strong and durable infrastructure.

As a Welder, you will operate appropriate equipment to construct mechanical structures or parts with high precision. Your work is crucial in providing the foundation for strong and durable infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to plan layout and welding procedures.
- Accurately measure and prepare materials for welding by cutting with powered saws.
- Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on project requirements.
- Set up components for welding according to specifications, ensuring all materials meet the required measurements.
- Operate angle grinders to prepare parts for welding.
- Align components using calipers, rulers, and clamps to ensure precision and accuracy.
- Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal, or overhead).
- Inspect and test welded surfaces and structures to discover flaws.
- Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Welder.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Knowledge of different welding techniques, including TIG, MIG, and ARC welding.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with high precision.
- Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina.
- Certification in welding is a plus.
Hours:
- 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
- Includes a 30-minute lunch break
- 40 hours per week
Salary : $18 - $23
