Landscape Maintenance Account Manager

Job Location : Maltby, WA

Start Date : ASAP

Compensation : $74,000.00–$76,000.00

Job Description :

The Landscape Maintenance Account Manager will oversee three landscape maintenance crews, each consisting of three employees, to provide year-round landscape maintenance services for 50–60 clients, including commercial, high-end residential, and HOA properties.

Responsibilities :

Address clients’ landscaping needs responsively and proactively.
Train employees on safety practices to ensure a safe work environment.
Maintain clients' properties with the greenest grass, healthiest plants, and most beautiful landscapes.
Efficiently manage and run 50–60 maintenance routes to ensure profitability.
Train and develop crew members to increase their landscaping knowledge.
Collaborate with other Account Managers to ensure quality and consistency across projects.
Track and analyze data on contract performance to improve efficiency and bid accuracy.
Care for and respect company property, including vehicles, equipment, and worksites.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in Landscape Account Management; post-secondary education or certification in landscaping / ornamental horticulture is a plus.

Knowledge of Pacific Northwest plants, pest and disease identification, and pruning / planting techniques.

Strong ability to prioritize work and manage account responsibilities.

Possess or obtain a WA State pesticide license within 90 days of hire.

Hold a valid WA State driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (background check required).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Proficiency with laptops and the Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience with Aspire workflow management software is a plus.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to work outdoors year-round, perform physical tasks, and handle landscaping equipment.
