Responsible for managing all components of the retail operation, including hiring and developing teams, adherence to safety practices and programs, serving as a role model for customer and community service, and overseeing donation and collection team activities and results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Responsible for the overall management and direction of all supervisors and team members in accordance with policies and applicable laws. This includes implementing and administering company programs, policies, and procedures designed to support the company.
- Customer Service – Meet customer needs with a smiling face and remember that the customer always comes first. Always ensure our customers feel important and valued. Handle all customer questions and concerns.
- Represent the company and store within the community and act as a liaison.
- Ensure company records are completed, organized, retained, and safeguarded in accordance with company policy, procedure, and applicable laws.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EEOC, and DOT regulations.
- Manage a team of 30-50 people.
- Maintain attention to detail throughout all store departments.
- Oversee the financial assets of the store and achieve monthly sales and expense budget goals.
- Foster a teamwork atmosphere and ensure a positive work environment where team member contributions are valued.
- Address performance concerns promptly, directly, fairly, and respectfully while maintaining a solutions-based focus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong supervisory, management, and leadership skills.

- 2 years of experience as a store manager in retail or a similar business.
