Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Canvassers. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with the community, promoting our initiatives, and gathering support through various outreach methods. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a difference and have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing to engage with community members and promote our causes.
• Communicate effectively to inform potential supporters about our mission and initiatives.
• Utilize fundraising techniques to gather donations and support for our projects.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach efforts and improve engagement.
• Participate in telemarketing campaigns to reach a broader audience.
• Supervise and train new canvassing team members as needed.
• Negotiate with potential supporters to secure commitments and donations.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up with leads as necessary.
• Assist in organizing community events to further promote our initiatives.

Skills

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey messages.
• Experience in fundraising or electioneering is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable for reaching diverse communities.
• Experience in supervising or training others is an asset.
• Familiarity with door-to-door canvassing strategies and best practices.
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure support from potential donors.

Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
