Good Leadership Enterprises, located in Edina, MN, is a leading organizational effectiveness firm that aligns teams to thrive and win together. We offer coaching services, development programs, speaking, books, and tools to guide our clients to the next level of business success. This role will report to the Vice President of Client Services and be responsible for providing coordination and administrative support primarily to the Client Services and Sales teams. This is a full-time role, with the majority of time in the office. There may be an opportunity for partial work from home after 3 months, and minimal travel. Required experience:
· Bachelor’s degree recommended, but not required
· Demonstrated analytical, strategic, and innovative thinking
· Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
· 3-5 years of experience executing in a fast-paced office environment
· 3-5 years of experience working with complex scheduling and calendar management
Objectives:
Scheduling, coordination, and support for the Client Services and Sales teams primarily including:
· Managing complex calendars including scheduling, rescheduling and coordination with team, clients, and business development prospects
· Managing contact database in cooperation with Executive Assistant
· Creating documents, presentations, and work product in support of client and sales teams
· Research and preparation of prospect and organizational ‘briefs’ in advance of initial sales meeting
· Ensuring sales team is prepared for meetings
· Close coordination with the Vice President of Client Services to ensure meetings, events, etc. are scheduled and delivered per the terms of client engagement
· Support with sales tools including sales navigator, Keap CRM, etc.
· Close coordination with the Chief Client Officer to ensure sales pipeline is up to date and activities are executed in a timely manner
· Support with sales tracking and reporting
Professional skills
- Experience working on a Mac computer
- Proficient in computer skills such as use of Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and online project management tools, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
