Job Description:
Good Life is seeking a Site Work Supervisor to lead and maintain a crew in our excavation division. This role involves overseeing residential and light commercial projects while ensuring quality workmanship, efficiency, and safety on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate site work crews for excavation projects.
- Ensure job sites are operating efficiently and meeting project deadlines.
- Operate and oversee the use of excavation equipment.
- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing company policies and OSHA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and clients.
- Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and job specifications.
- Troubleshoot on-site challenges and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- Excavation or site work experience (supervisory experience preferred).
- Knowledge of excavation equipment and construction practices.
- Ability to read blueprints and site plans.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).
