Good Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, established in 1949, is seeking a dedicated HVAC Project/Sales Manager to join our growing team of over 60 employees. We pride ourselves on providing reliable, knowledgeable, honest, and friendly service to our extensive base of residential and commercial customers. This role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive top-notch HVAC solutions without the pressure of cold calling or aggressive sales tactics.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide HVAC equipment replacements and residential HVAC installation quotes to customers who contact our office.
- Manage appointment schedules to meet with customers requesting proposals and pricing for new HVAC systems.
- Gather necessary information to create proposals, compose quotes, and communicate effectively with customers.
- Procure all equipment and parts, and coordinate scheduling with installation teams once proposals are accepted.
- Collaborate with foremen to review job requirements and ensure efficient project execution.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience in HVAC project management or sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of Service Titan and Rightsoft is a plus.
