Job Summary

We're Good Ranchers, a company dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences. As our Service Excellence Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our customer service strategy and driving business results.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service, leadership, and analysis. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and excellent customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and excellent customer experience.
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Analyze customer service metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer service with all areas of the business.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 7 years' experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a managerial or director role within an e-commerce environment.

  • Proven track record of leading a customer service team and achieving significant improvements in customer satisfaction and sales figures.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.

Excellent leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in customer service software and databases.
