Do you have experience in roofing or construction sales? Good Roofing & Restoration is looking for a driven, self-motivated Project Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities:
-Find and manage roofing projects (insurance or retail)
-Build relationships with homeowners, realtors, and property managers
-Oversee job sites, subcontractors, materials & quality control
-Be the key point of contact for each project
Compensation:
-You get 50% of the net profit after materials and labor are deducted
-We keep a 5% overhead from the total project value to cover company expenses
Example:
Project total: $25,000
Materials & labor: $15,000
Overhead (5% of $25,000): $1,250
Net profit after expenses: $8,750
You earn 50% of that profit → $4,375
Schedule:
100% flexible.
You set your own schedule and work at your own pace.

Requirements:
-Roofing or construction sales experience preferred
-Self-motivated and organized
-Must have a car and valid driver’s license
-Comfortable knocking doors or networking to generate leads
-Fluent in English
