Your Role as a Community Liaison:
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and community organizations.
- Educate patients, families, and referral sources about hospice care and services.
- Increase awareness of Good Samaritan Hospice through outreach and events.
- Collaborate with the hospice team to ensure seamless patient transitions.
- Advocate for compassionate end-of-life care and patient-centered solutions.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or community outreach preferred.
- Knowledge of hospice, home health, or senior care services is a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for helping others and making a meaningful impact.
