What are the responsibilities and job description for the RECEPTIONIST/SCHEDULER position at Good Samaritan Hospital CA LTD PTP?
Under the direction of the Clinic Manager, the Receptionist/Scheduler is responsible for all duties related to admitting, scheduling and reception. The receptionist is responsible for promoting positive communications with all departments within the clinic and affiliated agencies including but not limited to physician’s offices and insurance companies.
I. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High school graduate or equivalent, Medical Assistant – preferred. Basic typing skills required with ability to use office equipment required; basic course in medical terminology preferred.
