Job Summary and Qualifications \
The Outpatient Mental Health Therapist in our PHP and IOP programs delivers exceptional, patient-focused care by providing clinical services in a multidisciplinary team focused on psychodynamic therapy, group psychotherapy, and psycho-education to patients admitted into the Outpatient Programs.
Responsibilities : \
Conduct one-on-one and group psychoeducational and process groups, focused in skills / resilience training and evidence-based treatment.
Develop treatment plans and attends treatment planning meetings and reviews on an ongoing basis.
Coordinate with existing outpatient therapy care teams.
Assess environment and patients safety status and reports / responds to actual and potential safety issues or changes in the patients condition.
Identify risk factors, screening criteria, and interventions for patients with special precautions (e.g., suicide, homicide, falls, elopement).
