Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow with our team. As a participant in our Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program, you will gain hands-on experience and develop the necessary skills to become a licensed administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Gain hands-on experience in a long-term care setting
- Learn how to manage resident services and work on complex administrative matters
- Complete 1000 hours of training in various departments
- Coordinate self-study, on-the-job training, and live/virtual instruction
- Observe and participate in activities associated with administration or resident care
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
- Work experience in a long-term care setting preferred
- Ability to meet eligibility requirements for a Nursing Home Administrator's license or certification
